The Black Crowes are one of the more underrated rock bands working in music over the past three decades. They definitely took a long time off, and even longer between making an album, Happiness Bastards, but even despite that, the early records and shows were not to be missed.
The good part is that since their full return almost two years ago, the Robinson brothers, Chris and Rich, and the rest of the band have performed in elite fashion. No one would have guessed that years went by before they played together again.
In 2026, fans will get more chances to see the Black Crowes in concert. But for fans in North America, that comes with a caveat. A handful of dates will be near you when the Black Crowes open for Guns N' Roses, but otherwise, you'll need to travel.
Black Crowes announce a handful of 2026 headlining dates
Many of the band's headlining dates take place in Australia, and those occur in April. After a stop in Japan, the band hits Europe for four dates in the summer.
Maybe more dates will be forthcoming. After all, the shows with Guns N' Roses do not start until August, so the Black Crowes will be back in North America then. Perhaps a run of fall shows will be announced. If that happens, you'll need to set aside time to go. The band shouldn't be missed live.
