Brandi Carlile has worked hard to get where she is. She is a bit Tom Petty and a bit Joan Jett, but she is every bit herself and sometimes has a soft side. Is she worth listening to? Of course, and will likely continue to be for many years to come.
One thing is sure, however: She never stops trying to get better. The new, recently announced tour will support 2025's Returning to Myself, which is, like everything else Carlile does, a solid piece of music.
Plus, if you miss her in the United States, she will do a run of European dates before the end of the year. She's available musically and live, and having a year of Brandi Carlile is a good thing.
