Ozzy Osbourne was artistically and commercially successful during his lifetime, but he is like many musicians. Many people listen to him, don't for a while, and then come back. Unfortunately, sometimes it takes a tragic event for one to go back.
In Ozzy's case, it was his farewell show and then his death a couple of weeks later that got people to notice a bit more. In fact, when the new Billboard charts are officially released, Ozzy will have two songs on the Hot 100. He will also have an album move up to number seven on the Billboard 200 album charts.
One song, "Crazy Train," had never been inside the top 100. On the charts for August 2, the iconic song will reach No. 46. This is due to being streamed 9.2 million times as well as 2.4 million radio impressions. What might be more surprising is that the song did not chart even higher.

The other song on the Billboard Hot 100 is "Mama, I'm Coming Home," which comes in at No. 49 with 8.7 million streams and 2.1 million radio impressions. That single did chart before as it reached No. 28 in 1992.
Ozzy Osbourne's album that moves into the top 10 is the greatest hits compilation, The Essential Ozzy Osbourne. It is a two-CD set that is completely worth buying. The set consists of 29 songs, including nearly every Ozzy song you would want to listen to on a daily basis. The tracklist is below.
