The 68th annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 1, beginning at 8 pm ET. The good part is that there is lots to watch even before the main awards program gets underway. Several different ways exist to watch all that surrounds the actual Grammys ceremony, too.
The main awards show will be broadcast by CBS and can be streamed on Paramount+. The ceremony will happen live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. The Premiere Ceremony, where a lot of other awards are handed out (including some of the best ones like the metal category), is held at the nearby Peacock Theatre, and that event starts at 3:30 pm ET.
The reason that time is important is that a lot of your favorite celebrities will begin showing up then. That makes when the red carpet begins important.
How to watch and stream the 2026 Grammy Awards and the red carpet before the ceremony
The Premiere Ceremony can be viewed on live.Grammy.com and on the Recording Academy's YouTube channel.
The red carpet coverage will be held on E! and will run from 4-6 pm ET with Live From E!: Countdown to the Grammys, which is hosted by Erin Lim Rhodes, Zanna Roberts Rassi, and comedian Devon Walker (you might know him from Saturday Night Live). Music industry expert Carter Gregory and fashion expert Nicky Campbell will join the coverage.
From 6-8 pm ET, you can stay tuned to E! as they will show Zuri Hall and Keltie Knight host Live From E!: Grammys. This will be the prime time for the red carpet as people who skipped the Premier Ceremony will begin appearing for the main show at 8 pm.
