Following the somewhat surprising success of Jethro Tull's 2025 album, Curious Ruminant, the band is embarking on a fairly massive tour in 2026. The issue for North American fans is that you will have to travel to see any of the shows.
The positive part is that if you live in Europe, you almost certainly will even accidentally run into one of the gigs. Jethro Tull will be nearly everywhere on the continent between March and November.
The tour will be the band's first since 2023, which was an extension of a comeback for a band that was important and popular mostly in the 1970s and 1980s. In fact, frontman Ian Anderson wanted to start using his own name for tours and albums instead of the band's simply because most of the great memories of Jethro Tull were decades old.
Rejoice!: Jethro Tull is doing a bunch of shows in 2026
Instead, the band has released a trio of albums this decade that have done somewhat well. This proves that once a person loves Jethro Tull, the fans will always love the band.
