Jorja Smith, an English singer-songwriter who works in the realms of R&B and hip-hop and is stellar in both, will be releasing a new album in 2026. The announcement was made before the performer begins a new leg of her tour, though, sadly, none of the dates are in the United States or Canada.
The good part, clearly, is that one can live anywhere and hear her latest gems. The record will be called What Are the Odds, and will drop via FAMM on August 21. Two singles from the LP have now been released.
The first dropped in May. "What's Done is Done" is a perfect track to dance along to and just be. The song strives to be no more than it is, which is a bit of fantastic music.

The latest single is "Alive," and it features Afrobeats icon Wizkid. The track might give you Sade vibes with its smooth and simmering rhythm. Wizkid fits nicely on the song, too, blending into the overall theme of slow-burn excellence.
