Knicks fans won't believe what's happening to Taylor Swift's old seat

How much do you want to spend?

Taylor Swift may or may not be a fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers, but she is a fan of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, whom she is set to marry soon. Swift might even be a fan of the New York Knicks, as she's lived in the Big Apple, but she likely won't show that fandom when sitting next to Kelce at a game.

She did just that during the playoffs when the Cavaliers hosted the Knicks in Cleveland. New York won both games on a run of double-digit straight playoff victories, though. Now, the very seat that Swift sat in is available for purchase.

Bidding for the chair began last week and started at only $100, which seems low. The bidding runs through June 14 at 8 pm ET and is held through The Realest. Quite soon after opening, bids had shot up to $800, so by the time the bid is closed, one can expect the winning price to be much higher.

If you don't happen to be a fan of the pop queen, but are a fan of actor Ben Stiller, you can also bid on the chair he sat in at Rocket Arena. The winning amount is likely to be less than that of Taylor Swift's chair.

And is it odd to try to buy something that someone sat in? A bit. Plus, Swift's butt isn't the only one who had sat in the chair. Lots of people had previously. It is her person that matters to the general public a bit more, for better or worse.

Also, if you want to bid on a chair from a Cleveland Cavaliers game that a music legend didn't sit in, you can do that, too. Those are relatively inexpensive and might make for a good seat for your home. Used? Sure, and sadly, not used by Taylor Swift, but still...

While the Cavaliers' season is over, New York Knicks fans might already be starting to plan their post-championship celebrations. The team reached the NBA finals, where, as of this writing, they currently hold a two-game-to-none lead over the San Antonio Spurs.

Both wins came in San Antonio, so the Knicks could win their first championship since 1973, and do so at home. Many celebrities will be courtside to watch the games, so if any chairs are sold after the series is done, one might want to check with The Realest which persons have sat in those seats.
