Are you ready for some football? Well, at least ready for who will sing before and during Super Bowl LVIII. Football and music fans already knew that Usher would be the featured performer during the halftime show, but on Thursday, the NFL gave us a list of who will be singing the national anthem and "America the Beautiful" as well.

Reba McEntire has been chosen to sign the national anthem. Actor Daniel Durant will provide American sign language while McEntire sings. Durant was in the film CODA with Troy Kotsur, and Kotsur performed ASL during the singing of the national anthem at the 2023 Super Bowl.

McEntire is a three-time Grammy Award winner and 17-time nominee. She is a five-time winner of the Academy of Country Music Awards Top Female Vocalist. She has 24 number-one singles on the Billboard Country Music charts.

Reba McEntire and Post Malone to perform before Super Bowl LVIII

Singing "America the Beautiful" will be Post Malone. Malone has 10 Grammy nominations and has released five studio albums. Anjel Piñero will perform ASL while Malone performs.

Also on the pre-game docket, Andra Day will perform "Lift Every Voice and Sing." Day is a singer and actress who has released one studio album and also performs on the soundtrack album for The United States vs. Billie Holiday.

CBS will broadcast Super Bowl LVIII and the game will be played on February 11. The game will be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Last year's Super Bowl, which was won by the Kansas City Chiefs as they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, featured a halftime performance Rihanna. The first halftime show that featured something like we are used to seeing now is when New Kids on the Block performed at halftime of Super Bowl XXV. Perhaps the best halftime show featured Prince singing in a torrential downpour at Super Bowl XLI at Dolphin Stadium in 2007.
