Radiohead is the kind of unique band that doesn't give a crud about making hit songs, but still produces fantastically epic albums and puts on excellent live shows. That is, when they decide to make records and perform gigs. Neither has happened in a while.
Some of that is changing at the end of 2025, however. No new album is on the way, but the band will play a number of shows in five cities. The problem for non-European fans is that you will have to book a plane flight to go see Radiohead play. Their concerts are all currently scheduled for Europe.
That might change, too, however. Radiohead drummer Philip Selway said, in part, "For now, it will just be these ones, but who knows where this will all lead."

In other words, maybe these are just the beginning of a vast number of concerts that will take the band to other places in the world. It is good that the band is playing four shows at each stop, but that still requires fans to travel.
Tickets are only available via registration through the band's website. That registration will begin on Friday, September 5, at 10 am British Summer Time, and then close 60 hours later.
Radiohead hasn't toured in seven years, and their last studio album, A Moon Shaped Pool, was released in 2016. The band did form a limited liability partnership in March, and that might imply new music soon.
