Taking Back Sunday is having a busy year already with their upcoming summer tour, and now they have announced that they are adding a fall tour to their schedule.Â
A staple of early 2000s emo, the band has stayed busy the past few years primarily by touring and performing at music festivals like When We Were Young. Their latest album, 152, was released back in 2023, and in 2024, they released their single S’old (Acoustic), an acoustic version of the song from 152.Â
Last year, they stayed busy on their co-headlined tour with Coheed and Cambria. This year, it looks like they will be headlining on their own for two jam-packed tours. Between the two tours, Taking Back Sunday will be visiting venues all across the US. The band will also be performing at several music festivals, including Musikfest, Vans Warped Tour, Louder Than Life, and Shaky Knees Festival.
Taking Back Sunday Fall 2026 Tour presale starts on Wednesday and general sale is on Friday
Along with the tour announcement, Taking Back Sunday announced that they will be accompanied by special guests Thrice and Saves the Day for their fall tour. Both bands will support Taking Back Sunday for the duration of the tour, except for any music festivals that occur along the way.
Tickets for their Fall 2026 tour go on sale Friday May 1, at 10 am local time. Presale and VIP sale will begin Wednesday, April 29 at 10 am local time. Signup is required for presale and VIP via the Taking Back Sunday tour page.Â
A unique feature of their VIP package for this tour (shared on their instagram stories) is the inclusion of a meet and greet and photo op with the band. Once a common feature of VIP packages, this perk has been a lot less common since the start of the decade.
