Taylor Momsen has clearly turned into a tasty treat for animals on stage

Another bite...

In 2024, Taylor Momsen was performing in concert with her band, the Pretty Reckless, when a bat landed on her left thigh and decided to take a bite. And then another. The incident was seemingly rare and not one that Momsen would want to replicate.

Too bad for that. This week, while her band opened for the legendary AC/DC in Mexico City, a spider bit Momsen on her right leg, and doctors had to give her a shot due to the effects on her health. She was in pain, but she continued to sing.

She did the same with the bat bite, too. All of which just goes to show fans and music lovers that the rush of adrenaline from performing can overcome even the most painful of issues. Of course, no one should recommend having a spider or bat attack a person on stage, but, thankfully, it seems life goes on.

When Momsen was bitten by the bat, she had to undergo a series of rabies shots for two weeks afterward. Clearly, she recovered. The same will happen with the spider, too. Though, to be fair, anyone who has ever been bitten by an animal knows that stuff hurts. That she was able to continue performing is amazing.

If you want to see if Taylor Momsen will continue to get bitten by arachnids or mammals, you certainly can. The Pretty Reckless, after opening for AC/DC for the previous couple of years, will start their own headlining tour in July. The Dear God dates are as follows:
