If you love yacht rock, you probably caught the Toto and Christopher Cross tour in 2025. For the third musical artist involved, Men At Work joined in. That won't be the case in 2026.
Instead of Colin Hay and his mates, Toto and Cross will bring along the Romantics. The latter is certainly not a yacht rock band, but if you love music from the 1980s, that would be the fit. The Romantics are most straightforward rock, with hits such as "What I Like About You" and "Talking in Your Sleep." They are good, but not soft rock.
Still, that simply means that maybe a person who wouldn't necessarily be interested in seeing the guys who brought you "Africa" and the guy who brought you (the awful) "Sailing," could still buy a ticket to see the Romantics open the show and then leave. To each their own.

The newly announced 2026 tour dates, which will stretch across the United States, with one stop in Canada, will have pre-sale tickets that are available on Tuesday, December 9, at 12 pm local time. General sales will be available on Friday, December 12, at 10 am local time.
