Bruce Springsteen is, of course, a legendary rock musician, but while his albums have been terrific, his bones were built on his elite live performances. He doesn't just play for an hour and a half and leave. He does four-hour shows of high-energy greatness.
He isn't done doing so, either. In fact, Springsteen and his E Street Band are hitting the road this spring and will, fittingly, open in Minnesota. That is based on the icon's recent single, highlighting the recent issues in Minneapolis, "Streets of Minneapolis." It's a brilliant tune that needs to be heard.
From the Midwest, the tour will wrap around the West Coast to the American South before finishing in the Northeast. This is important as no part of the United States will not have a chance to see the band live.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announce 2026 tour dates
The tour is called the Land of Hope and Dreams tour, and will certainly have a political aspect. That has always been part of the Boss's way of doing business, but he normally does so with a tactful, yet forceful, approach.
According to Rolling Stone, the shows could have a set list that is akin to the one that Bruce Springsteen played in Europe while touring on the continent last year. That would mean the long setlist includes songs such as “Rainmaker,” “Long Walk Home,” and Bob Dylan’s “Chimes of Freedom.”
Tickets for the tour go on sale on either Friday, February 20, or Saturday, February 21. No pre-sale offers are available. For more information, you can check Springsteen's official website.
