Clutch is one of those rock bands that keeps producing great music, and continually keeps being overlooked. Is that fair? No. Do they care? Not seemingly.
The fact is that the band, which formed in Maryland in 1991 and has since produced 13 albums with the same basic lineup, makes records they like, and they should. Their sound is solid and rock, and while maybe the songs aren't all Taylor Swift-type melodies, they don't need to be.
The band hasn't made a new album since 2022's Sunrise on Slaughter Beach, but is seemingly working on a new one that will hopefully come out in 2026. Is Clutch working through some of those songs live? You'll just have to check for yourself. A ticket would be worth finding the answer.
Clutch announce 2026 fall tour dates
The band has been touring already in 2026, and that picks back up in mid-May. The good part is that they aren't done. The group has released a bunch of new fall dates, too.
