Dolly Parton is going from Dollywood to Las Vegas, sort of. While Dolly maintains an extremely successful and well-run amusement park in east Tennessee, she has other interests as well. One of those includes still putting on great shows.
For the first time since 1993, Dolly is going to take up residence in Las Vegas soon, too. She recently announced she will do six concerts in December of this year. For music lovers, Vegas has always been fun, but it's become important lately. Some of this is due to shows at the Sphere, but others are performers returning to the city.
Dolly (yes, normally, we would use a person's last name in articles, but there is only one Dolly) has never completely left the limelight, either. She has been so influential that she was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, even though at the time she had never made a rock record.
Dolly Parton returning to Las Vegas for a six-show residency
You might not have even gone to Las Vegas before, but after learning that Dolly is going to be there again, you might decide to book a trip. Take loads of money, just in case you want to join in on the thing Las Vegas is most famous for, but also to buy Dolly merch.
The six concerts will take place at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, located at 3570 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109. Showtimes begin at 8 pm local time, and the venue has a seating capacity of 4,100. Here are the dates:

There are no advance tickets for the shows, but by the time you are reading this, tickets might already be on sale. They will be sold to the general public on Wednesday, June 25, at 1 pm ET (10 am Las Vegas time).
Dolly's most recent album was released in November 2023, and it was called Rockstar. It was influenced by her induction into the Rock Hall.
