Geese is sustaining their run of being an indie band that sounds familiar, but your parents won't be into. They are like the early Strokes but with a bit more of a shoegaze bite. Are they good? Sure. Great? That is up to you.
If you are still undecided about them even after listening to their records, the latest album was 2025's well-received Getting Killed; you might want to catch a concert. You might want to do that without battling the festival crowds, too, as Geese is playing a bunch of those in the summer.
Instead, maybe see them on a headlining tour. Get a feel for the crowd, move in motion to their tracks with other trying to formulate their own opinions on the sound of the Brooklyn band. You will be OK.
Geese drop fall tour dates for 2026
The good news is that the band will strike out in late September on their own, after the loads of festivals are done. The run begins in Nashville, TN, and continues into mid-November.
A pre-sale for the concerts will begin on Wednesday, April 29, at 10 am local time. General public tickets will be made available on Friday, May 1, at 10 am local time. For more information, you can check out Geese's official website.
