Are you ready? Oasis will embark on a reunion tour beginning on the fourth of July in Wales, and then traverse the globe, off and on, until early November. If you don't already have tickets, good luck.
Will this be the band's final tour? Maybe. We didn't even know we were getting this one until last year. It has been 16 years since Oasis last played live, and all that time off might imply they will be underwhelming in their new shows. Not so fast, says U2's Bono, though.
Bono told Apple Music, "I’m still very close with Noel (Gallagher), and he sent a message to me saying he’s kind of shocked by how great the band is. I think we’re going to have a good summer.

Of course, those comments are based on what Noel Gallagher told Bono. There is no word on whether the U2 singer has heard Oasis rehearse. Bono also went on to tell Apple Music that he is a huge fan of the music Oasis created, so he might be a bit biased anyway.
What we need to hope for is that Noel and Liam get along, and if they don't, that doesn't affect the tour. We want to be entertained without the drama.
