The month of April must be a good time to be Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Not that every month isn't, of course, but at least currently they get to hang out a bit more. Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs won't begin playing football again until September and he can show up to voluntary minicamps if he wants to or not. Swift is on a break from her Era tour until May.
So what can the two famous people do on their weekends off. Hang out with friends, of course. Plus, part of what Kelce and Swift did this past weekend was support a few friends.
Swift and Kelce were spotted at weekend one of Coachella mixing with the crowd and simply being normal people. Neither tried to hide the fact that they were there unless you count Kelce wearing a Happy Gilmore cap and Swift wearing a New Heights cap. New Heights is the name of Kelce's podcast so his girlfriend wearing some swag from the program certainly isn't going to make people question whether the person they are seeing is Taylor Swift; the cap would confirm it was.

Swift and Kelce were at Coachella to watch Jack Antonoff's band, Bleachers, and the couple watched from backstage. But the way the stage was set up did not exactly hide Kelce and Swift. The two also watched Ice Spice's show with Sabrina Carpenter and her boyfriend, actor Barry Keoghan. Ice Spice even performed "Karma," a duet she recorded with Swift.
Kelce and Swift apparently have the same kind of taste in music as well as it was previously reported by Us Weekly that both wanted to attend Coachella to see Bleachers and Lana Del Rey, among other acts. Swift did not perform at the festival, though.
Taylor Swift will likely have a busy weekend, however, as her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, is set to drop on Friday. The pop diva does not need to go on the talk show circuit to sell her album, of course, but that does not mean she won't be on a few. Swifties will likely see Swift posting quite a bit on social media as well.
Kelce has reportedly heard at least part of the new album and says it is "unbelievable." The record likely is. But he also likely feels the need to confirm that as well.
