Taylor Swift is having quite the last few months. Of course, her entire life has seemed charmed, but she is human. Everyone goes through difficult times. She just turns her down times into musical gold and delivers gifts to the rest of us.
Since July, Swift has released a great new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and coupled that with a theatrical release to promote the record. She also got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Kelce has something important to do on Sunday. He and his Chiefs are scheduled to play the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football in Kansas City. The question many Swifties want to know is whether their favorite musical artist will be at the game. While the answer is uncertain, the reality is that Swift's attendance is unlikely.
What are the chances that Taylor Swift is at the Kansas City Chiefs' Week 6 game versus the Lions?
For one, the performer is busy going through all the motions of selling her new record. That means late-night talk show appearances and being a guest on radio programs. A lot goes into trying to sell one's wares. This limits one's free time.
Still, if Taylor Swift was going to go to a Chiefs game, and she has gone to noticeably fewer this season, then Sunday's game might be the one. It is a night game, scheduled to start at 7:20 pm Kansas City time, and the weather should be nice. At kickoff, temperatures should be in the low 80s and the skies clear.
The hope is that if Swift is at the game to cheer on Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, she brings the team a bit of luck. KC is off to a slow start compared to how good their record normally is through five games. The Chiefs are just 2-3.
Plus, the Lions are very good. They currently sit atop the NFC North at 4-1. Meanwhile, KC is third in the AFC South. The Chiefs need a win.
